Not all BMWs come with CarPlay enabled by default.

Some BMWs (especially 2017–2019 models) require CarPlay to be activated via BMW ConnectedDrive.

Without activation, the car will not recognize the AI Box, even if it has the USB port.

Look at your purchase invoice for “Apple CarPlay Activation” or “Multimedia Package”.

Log in to your BMW ConnectedDrive account → check if Apple CarPlay is active.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase and feel completely robbed. The product I received is nothing like what was advertised, and it does not function at all. To make matters worse, I have attempted to reach the company multiple times and have received absolutely no response.
This is unacceptable. I expect a full refund immediately. If I do not hear back, I will be taking action with Visa to dispute the charge and report this situation.

Shipping was fast enough, works as expected. The device is a bit laggy as expected due to low ram. The device heat up fast and gets warm enough. Irish vodafone sim worked straight away. Another negative is that it doesn’t have the option for pin or pattern u lock meaning if you have accounts connected and get stolen your data are unprotected. For the cost is not bad value. Fitted on bmw g20.
Tiktok in the car is quite funny in the traffic jams. Big thanks for the service!

People are very professional with systematic information from the beginning. More or less one week to arrive and very well protected.
